Disrobed Fitness's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.


Disrobed Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX,  cardio machines and many more. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.


Training sessions typically last between 15-30 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
