Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At Disrobed Fitness, every coaching program is built around a commitment between coach and client. Upon enrollment, time, resources, planning, support, and coaching availability begin being allocated specifically to you.

Because of the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

Once enrolled, clients receive access to coaching, support, program design, resources, scheduling availability, and other services that begin immediately upon acceptance into the program.

As a result, refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed coaching sessions

• Scheduled or reserved coaching time

• Missed sessions

• Unused portions of a program

• Failure to participate

• Failure to schedule sessions

• Voluntary withdrawal from a program

• Changes in personal circumstances, finances, priorities, or availability

Successful coaching requires participation from both the coach and the client.

Disrobed Fitness is responsible for providing coaching, guidance, accountability, and support as outlined within the selected program.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, communicating appropriately, completing assigned work, and actively participating in the coaching process.

A client's decision not to participate, schedule sessions, respond to communication, or continue engaging in the program does not qualify the client for a refund.

Clients who choose to utilize third-party financing providers, including but not limited to Affirm or Klarna, remain responsible for the financing agreement they enter into with that provider.

Disrobed Fitness does not control, modify, or cancel financing agreements once approved and funded by the financing provider.

Questions regarding financing payments should be directed to the applicable financing company.

Clients may choose to discontinue participation in a coaching program at any time by providing written notice.

Discontinuing participation does not entitle the client to a refund for payments already made or amounts remaining under any applicable financing agreement.

Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by Disrobed Fitness and shall be made solely at the company's discretion.
