Disrobed Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, cardio machines and many more. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last between 15-30 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
